Serverless-native, optimized first for Vercel and Supabase, with platform services kept behind Helpthread-owned interfaces. You deploy it into infrastructure you choose and control.
Threading you can verify
Inbound mail arrives through push delivery and bounded reconciliation rather than a long-running poller. Signed reply tokens minted into outbound messages give Helpthread verifiable threading authority.
Modules add, never subtract
The core is AGPL-3.0 and stays that way. Commercial modules attach through the same public extension points available to every module author.
Where it stands today
Helpthread is developed by Resonant IQ, Inc. and runs the company’s own support operation in production. It is not yet ready for general deployment. Delivery status is public on the OSS roadmap.
